anywhoo, here's the scene when eve 'glomped' wall-e for retrieving the plant. XP this is also the picture mention in my earlier practice eve oekaki. [link]
i dont normally ask people to full view my drawings, but please do with this one, coz the sides are transparent, oooooooohhhhh...
As a huge fan of Wall-E who imagined such an image in my head as I watched it, I'm gonna try to refrain from gushing love all over this image as best I can.
This is one of the most beautiful animism portrayals I've seen in my life. You managed to keep the sense of the characters preserved in human form. The use of color matches so well for the characters. The visual technique is amazing. I love how Wall-E is box-like in the same way as his robot form and Eve keeps her glossy smooth lines as well.
There's a beautiful sense of motion to the image as well. Probably the only thing I would offer so far as a criticism would be it feels like Wall-E's foot in planted on the ground when they're in space. But it's really minor.
The work is absolutely amazing in form, style, and the emotions brings forth from anyone who remembers that moment from the film.
I have decided to write the fanfict that I have been planing. I'll send the summery if you would like to read it, mainly because it was your art that inspired it.
