First thing that caught my eye: Their tights, they are huge.
I assume it was done on purpose regarding the style the two are drawn in, yet it still sort of nags me. Especially with Jams left leg, it messes with the perspective.
Another point that bothers me is I-No's Boots and her Skirt. The edges are bent in different directions, that makes it look a bit strange. I honestly can't tell you how to solve this problem though, if you bend them in the same direction, it may look strange as well. Not an easy situation here.
Nothing negative to say about the faces, cute and loveley, even though they are oversized, it does not appear bothersome.
Coloring and cell-shading is very good, yet I have to expose something about the highlights you are doing.
While they work perfect on I-no, since she's wearing a leather suit, they don't really fit on Jam for I imagine her wearing more like cotton or silk.
And I personally think, you're overdoing it a little with those "highlight dots", they are fine, but maybe you should decrease their number.
